Yancy and his four siblings, Yodi, Yugo, Yuki and Yaya, were rescued by a good samaritan who saw a family dump the 5 1/2 week old puppies onto the streets of Tijuana.  The good samaritan took the puppies to a local rescue where they have thrived and are now ready to be adopted.  Yancy would love to find a forever family who will shower him with attention and love.  If you would like to meet Yancy, please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Yancy will be up to date on all vaccines, be neutered and microchipped.  Yancy's adoption fee is $300.
