Pecky's mother was rescued from the streets shortly before she gave birth to the puppies.  There were eight puppies but Pecky was the only survivor.  Pecky was born December 19th, 2014 and now weighs 26.5 pounds.  She is a German Shepherd/Doberman mix and will be medium sized when full grown. Pecky gets along well with other dogs, cats and children and is house broken/paper trained.  She is very playful and has lots of energy.  She is a love bug who kisses and hugs her foster mother when she returns home.  Pecky loves to sit on her foster parents' laps though she is getting to big to do that now.   She understands commands such as "stay", "come", "go" and "sit" but is not consistent with the "come" order, especially when she is having fun at the beach or the park.  Pecky will have had all of her vaccines, be microchipped and spayed by the time of her adoption.  If you would like to meet Pecky, please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Pecky's adoption fee is $300.
