Franklin is a small, wiggly gentleman with a heart three sizes too big and eyes that work… sometimes. He’s not completely blind—just a little visually adventurous—and it doesn’t slow him down one bit. Franklin came from a high-kill shelter with his pal Felix (they can be adopted separately, but he does enjoy a good dog buddy). He loves all people, all dogs, and all affection, preferably in large doses. Franklin’s special talents include being ridiculously friendly, giving top-tier snuggles, and trotting around like every day is the best day ever. If you’re looking for a sweet, silly sidekick, Franklin is ready to wobble straight into your heart.
