Meet wonderful Ms. Heidi a 6 Year Old Poodle Mix that weighs 22 lbs and has a white curly coat.  She was found wandering the streets of Playas de Tijuana.  She lost an eye to glaucoma and was in rough shape.  Well I am happy to report her eye has healed (she is in a ecollar for a few days more) and she is ready for her home.  Heidi has her vaccines, microchip and spayed.
