Pepper is a sweet boy who was rescued from a hoarding situation in Chula Vista. He is good with other dogs, friendly with people, and loves to play with toys. Pepper is an energetic and fun guy with spunk and attitude.  In a multi-dog household, he would be best as the only male. He deserves a home where he is loved on and care for.
