Meet Pico a 2 Year Old Chihuahua Male with a Black and Tan Coat that has a very sweet personality (needs a little time to warm up).  Weighing just 9 lbs he makes a great companion for an apartment.  He is okay with other dogs, a good couch buddy and loves to be carried.  He and his brother, Gallagher was rescued from a hoarding situation.  Pico is vaccinated, microchip and neutered.
