This is Pepper and he is wondering why no one would love to have him in their life..... As a Border Collie Mix he is 5 Months old and weighs 29 lbs. Pepper will be on the bigger side so would love to have a yard or someone who loves to hike and gets out on weekends. He is currently paper trained and gets along with other dogs, people and older children.  He is up to date on his vaccines, microchip and spayed.
