Meet Phoebe a Terrier/Jack Russell Mix that is  White and Tan Female that is 2 years old and weighs 14 lbs.  Phoebe was dropped off at the rescue in Ensenada with her pup who has been adopted. Phoebe is a bit shy at first and then warms up.  Phoebe loves to play fetch with the tennis ball and play with toys.    She is up to date on her vaccines, microchip and spayed.
