Toby is is so handsome!! He is very passive, gentle and chill. He gets along well with other dogs and people.  Toby is 6 years old and weighs in at around 38 lbs.   He is just in need of a home where he will get more time, love and attention!! A great family boy!!  He fully vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.  We believe that he is a Portugese Water Dog Mix.
