Frannie is a one year old Maltese Terrier mix who currently weighs 24.3 pounds.  Her estimated DOB is 9-1-17.  Frannie was rescued from the dog pound in Ensenada, Mexico where dogs have three days to be picked up by their owner or adopted, or they are euthanized.  Lucky for Frannie, she was picked up by a rescue from Puerto Nuevo, Mexico and has been doing well at the rescue since then.  Frannie is a very sweet and calm dog who gets along well with the other dogs and with children.  Its unknown how she feels about cats.  If you would like to meet Frannie, please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Frannie will be up to date on all vaccines, will be spayed and micro chipped by the time her adoption is final.  Her adoption fee is $250.
