Ruthie is a four month old Labrador Retriever mix who currently weighs 18 pounds.  Her estimated DOB is 3-14-17.  Ruthie and her litter mate, Newton were found alone and wandering the streets of Tijuana, Mexico.  They were picked up and taken to a rescue in Puerto Nuevo, Mexico where they have done well.  Ruthie is now ready to find her permanent home and she's hoping for a family who will spend lots of time with her and love her forever.  If you would like to meet Ruthie, please go to our website   www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org   to submit an application.  Ruthie will be up to date on all vaccines, be spayed and microchipped by the time her adoption is complete.  Her adoption fee is $350.
