Harley is a five month old Lab mix who currently weighs 18 pounds.  Harley's DOB is estimated to be 11-19-16.  Harley was rescued off the streets of Tijuana, Mexico where he was found wandering alone.  He was taken to a rescue in Puerto Nuevo, Mexico where he has thrived.  Harley is now ready to find his forever home and he is hoping his new family will want to take him on a lot of outings and give him plenty of love.  If you would like to meet Harley,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Harley will be up to date on all vaccines, be neutered and microchipped by the time his adoption is complete.  His adoption fee is $350.
