Phoebe is a five month old shepherd mix who was picked up with her siblings, Pancheta and Rubi, off the streets of a town in Mexico.  She currently weighs 20 pounds and we estimate her DOB to be 10-22-16.  Phoebe and her siblings were taken to a local rescue where they have been cared for to get them ready for adoption.  Phoebe is quite a striking dog with beautiful, electric blue eyes.  She really stands out in a crowd.   She is now ready to find her forever home and can't wait to find a family that will love her and spend lots of time with her.  If you would like to meet Phoebe,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Phoebe will be up to date on all vaccines, be microchipped and spayed by the time her adoption is complete.  Her adoption fee is $350.
