Penelope is one year old and weighs 16 pounds.  Penelope and her sister, Paloma, were rescued from death row at the Ensenada Dog Pound.  Penelope's sister, Palin, appears to be a Jack Russell mix.  We are not sure about Paloma.  Penelope is a sweet little dog and will make some family a wonderful companion and playmate.  Penelope has been spayed, microchipped and has had all of her vaccines.  Penelope is now ready to find a permanent home.   If you would like to meet Penelope,  please go to our website  www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org  to submit an application.   Penelope's adoption fee is $350.
